Hu Tao is a character in Genshin Impact. Hu Tao appears to be a quirky and cheerful girl, who has an off-the-wall personality that often leaves Qiqi with a negative impression of her.

She inherited it from her late father when he perished in a freak accident while researching the necromantic arts.

Accepting a challenge from Xiao, she works hard to turn around her family's reputation as mere gravediggers.

Her zany and eccentric personality tend to leave a poor impression on her peers, but they also hide the fact that she possesses formidable skills. She can make use of these skills in combat by putting enemies to sleep and attacking with pyro-based damage, using her polearm to create healing area-of-effect strikes and (at high level) instant combustion.

A woman brimming with restless energy, Hu Tao has always wondered what lies beyond this plain of existence. She leads a rather unfortunate life, having tragically lost her parents, who were practitioners of paper-cutting and tai chi when she was very young. However, she hid her grief behind humor.

The aforementioned domains are limited to 1 adventurer per day for 4 adventures, so you can go through it in one reset cycle.

Teachings of Diligence

It's a weapon in the melee-type category, so you'll use this with characters that can dish out close-range combat with swords, polearms and anything else they can get their hands on.

The materials required for ascension are not the same as those needed to upgrade talents, which means that if you have upgraded the corresponding talent of a character then you will need to find another one elsewhere.

This book is a collection of the tales and experiences of those who are known as heroes.

Shard of a Foul Legacy

If a character uses this item, they will have an option to unlock a talent upgrade that improves their abilities and normal attacks. The Shard of a Foul Legacy item can be shared between characters, unlike Memory of Dust.

Crown of Insight

A crown of elaborate gold and silver craftsmanship, with a dazzling aura that shines from within. This crown was said to have been given to the chosen one of Rex Lapis, but now it sits gathering dust in the pawnshop… It is sure to serve as a catalyst for the development of some talent. It's been said that your cat would look real cute wearing one too.
